- NO CHARGE when data is provided via email. Other delivery formats (CD, paper) available 'by discussion' and may incur reproduction costs. Statutory ceiling under Arkansas law is $10.00 for a list of 1–5,000 voters on electronic media, but Pulaski waives this for emailed files.
- How to request
- Complete the Pulaski County PSR (Voter Data Request) form, specifying countywide or district-specific scope, active/inactive filters, vote history inclusion, and desired fields. Submit by email or in person at the Markham Street office. The Clerk's office prepares a county-scoped extract from the SOS-maintained registration system.
- Turnaround
- Typically a few business days after the PSR form is received and reviewed.
- Use restrictions
- Same statewide use restrictions apply: non-commercial use, no harassment, no internet republication, no solicitation. Source-of-registration field is statutorily withheld even from data requesters.
