About the direct-mail CSV export
Paid tiers can pull a filterable mailing list as a CSV — ready to hand off to your mail vendor.
- Filter by party, vote history, last canvass response, super-voter status, age range, or geography.
- Export includes name, address, city, ZIP, optional voter ID, plus the campaign-specific fields you choose.
- Mail-merge ready — vendors can feed it straight into their workflows.
- Voters with state-protected confidential designations are automatically filtered out of the export. We respect Florida statute on this without you having to think about it.

How much does Motion51 cost?
Four tiers, monthly billing only. Free is $0 (one precinct, two volunteers, core toolkit). Starter is $49/month (full county voter file, up to 5 volunteers, live HQ map, exports). Mid is $99/month (up to 3 counties, 10 volunteers). Statewide is $199/month (statewide coverage, up to 100 volunteers).
What kind of support do paying campaigns get?
All paid tiers include email support. The Mid tier adds priority email response. The Statewide tier adds a dedicated account contact.
Free-tier users have access to the help center and email support on a best-effort basis.
Does it work for multi-county races?
Yes. The Mid tier supports up to three counties and 250,000 voters; Statewide opens the door to statewide coverage.
Volunteers can be assigned turf in any county the campaign covers, and the live HQ map shows everyone in one view regardless of county.
Can I export voter data for direct mail?
Yes, on paid tiers. You pick filters (party, vote history, response code, super-voter status, geography), click export, and get a CSV that’s mail-merge ready. Vendors can feed it straight into their workflow.
The export respects state confidentiality protections — voters flagged as confidential under Florida statute are omitted automatically.
What happens to my data after the race?
Your data stays your data. At the end of a cycle you can export every knock and every response code as a single CSV.
After that, you can keep your campaign active in Motion51 (for the next race) or request that your data be deleted from our systems. We never sell campaign data, never combine it across campaigns, and never share it with third parties.

From there it’s typically same-day to first canvass — if you have volunteers lined up, you can run a shift the afternoon you sign in.
