How to request

Complete the SDCROV Voter Registration Data Application (sdvote.com/content/dam/rov/en/pdf/SDCROV_Voter_Reg_Data_Application.pdf) with original wet signature, clear copy of current driver's license or state ID, and detailed written explanation of intended use under Elections Code 2188. Mail or hand-deliver to 5600 Overland Avenue. Emailed and faxed applications NOT accepted. File delivered by email in encrypted WinZip; large files via FTP.

Typical fulfillment 2-4 weeks from receipt of complete application. Faster for repeat requesters with established political committee credentials.

Elections Code 2188 / 2194 - election, scholarly, journalistic, political purposes only. Commercial use prohibited (misdemeanor). Resale prohibited. Detailed written explanation of intended use required on application.
