Voter sales are state-only (via SOTS LEAD) or town-level (via the registrar of voters in each of the 29 municipalities that make up Hartford County, e.g., Hartford, West Hartford, New Britain, Bristol, Manchester, East Hartford).State path: LEAD@ct.gov / 860-509-6100. - Cost
- $300 flat for the full statewide file (recommended). Town-level requests vary - generally low or no cost.

- Either (a) buy the full statewide file from SOTS LEAD and filter to Hartford County towns, or (b) submit a written request to each town's registrar of voters.

- State path: days to ~2 weeks after payment. Town path: varies by registrar.
