- Download the electronic voter information application from the Lake County Clerk site. Complete + sign. Mail to Lake County Clerk ATTN: Voter Services or fax to (847) 984-5827. Requester must be a registered IL political committee or governmental entity. Payment must be a committee check or money order made payable to 'Lake County Clerk.'
- Turnaround
- Typically 1-2 weeks after application + payment clears.
