How to request

Submit the statewide CVR Data Request Form to the city/town clerk, scoped to that municipality. Clerk pulls the municipality's CVR records via the state system. §196-A eligibility certification is still required.

Varies by municipality - typically 1-3 weeks. FOAA 5-working-day acknowledgement floor applies.
