- How to request
- Same SBE Form SBEAPPL or local equivalent, filed with Baltimore County BOE in Owings Mills. Affidavit + payment required. Note: Baltimore County is separate from Baltimore City - they have distinct local boards.

- 10 working days standard.

- Requester must be a registered Maryland voter, signed affidavit, no commercial use, 21-day pre-election freeze.
