- How to request
- Voter-file requesters are directed to the state QVF (FOIA) channel for the county-scoped extract. For other public records, submit a Michigan FOIA request via the Oakland County FOIA Request Center (online portal at oakgov.com/government/foia or via forms.oakgov.com/180).
- Turnaround
- 1-3 weeks via state QVF channel. Oakland County FOIA: 5 business days statutory response, up to 10 business days extension.
- Use restrictions
- Same as statewide. Oakland County Clerk cannot release MCL 168.509gg-exempt fields.
