$23 via the statewide QVF channel (county-scoped extract is the same form, just check the Wayne County box). County FOIA: actual duplication cost ($0.10/page paper standard) plus labor for non-standard pulls.
How to request
For the full voter file, Wayne County directs requesters to the state QVF (FOIA) channel - counties do not independently produce competing extracts.
