- Email or mail a Registered Voter List Request to the Ramsey County Elections Office. Same SVRS extract, county-scoped. Requester must be a registered MN voter and provide ID + use-restriction affidavit. County also accepts the SoS request form (https://www.sos.mn.gov/media/2641/registered-voter-list-request-form.pdf) with the Ramsey County box checked.
- Turnaround
- 5 business days statutory. Ramsey typically processes within 3-5 business days.
