Alternate path: submit the Cleveland County Election Board's local 'Request for Voter Registration List' form (CEB 10/2025, downloadable from the county board website) by email, mail, or in person at 641 E. Robinson, Suite 200. Cleveland County publishes its local form and Reports/Public Information page explicitly directing requesters to the EDW for the standard product.
