How to get the Clackamas County voter file
Request it from the office below, send us the file, and you're ready to cut turf. Running countywide or in just part of Clackamas County? This is the office either way.
- Where to request it
- Clackamas County Elections Division (under County Clerk)(503) 655-8510 | fax (503) 655-8461 | elections@clackamas.us | 1710 Red Soils Court, Suite 100, Oregon City OR 97045 | County Clerk: Catherine McMullen
- Cost
- OAR 165-002-0020 schedule: $25 setup + $0.025 per 100 records. Clackamas (~310K+ voters) full-county would be ~$25 + ~$0.78 = ~$26. Add 2.75% if paying by card.
- How to request
- Email elections@clackamas.us or call 503-655-8510 to request a voter list. County Clerk Catherine McMullen is the head election official and keeper of public records. Provide use affirmation under ORS 247.955 and specify the scope (whole county, precinct, district). Clackamas Elections maintains a voter list order price list - request the current version with the order form. Payment by check or card; 2.75% service fee applies to credit/debit card transactions per county finance policy.
- Turnaround
- 3-10 business days typical after payment clears. Election-season requests may take the upper end as office prioritizes ballot processing.
- Use restrictions
- Same ORS 247.955 commercial-use ban; signed use affirmation required. County will only release Clackamas voters.
Costs and rules change — confirm the current details with the office before you order. Once you have the file, we handle loading it, cutting turf, and getting your volunteers knocking.
