How to get the Washington County voter file
Request it from the office below, send us the file, and you're ready to cut turf. Running countywide or in just part of Washington County? This is the office either way.
- Where to request it
- Washington County Elections Division(503) 846-5800 | elections@washingtoncountyor.gov | MSC 3, 2925 NE Aloclek Drive, Suite 170, Hillsboro OR 97124 | County Clerk: Tonya Stickel
- Cost
- OAR 165-002-0020 schedule: $25 setup + $0.025 per 100 records. ~400K+ voters at ~$25 + $1.00 = ~$26 for the full county. Confirm Washington's exact handling charges + delivery medium (email / SFTP) at time of order. Payment: check or card per county finance policy.
- How to request
- Contact the Washington County Elections Division directly to request a voter list - email elections@washingtoncountyor.gov or call 503-846-5800. They will provide a public-records / voter-list order form, the use-restriction affirmation under ORS 247.955, and an invoice. Specify the slice (whole county / precinct / district). Less-than-statewide pricing under the OAR 165-002-0020 schedule applies. Statewide must go to SOS.
- Turnaround
- Typically 3-10 business days from order + payment. Smaller, well-defined cuts (a single precinct or city) faster.
- Use restrictions
- Same ORS 247.955 commercial-use ban; sign use affirmation. County will only release Washington County voters.
Costs and rules change — confirm the current details with the office before you order. Once you have the file, we handle loading it, cutting turf, and getting your volunteers knocking.
