- County directs voter-file requesters to the state PA Voter Services FVE portal (county-scoped). For other records, Right-to-Know Law request to county Open Records Officer.

- Same-day via FVE portal. RTKL: 5 business days statutory, up to 30 with extension.
- Use restrictions
- Same as state: Internet Sharing Ban + use-restriction affidavit.
