- Badger Voters formula. Dane County ~430K registered voters → ~$25 + $5 × 430 = $2,175 for county-scoped voter list. City of Madison alone (~190K) ~ $975. PRRs: duplication cost only.

- Same as Milwaukee — voter file purchases route through Badger Voters with a Dane County or City of Madison filter. Dane County Clerk and Madison Clerk handle supplemental records (precinct results, ward maps, absentee data) via Wisconsin Public Records Law requests.
