How to get your Delaware voter file

- $25 flat fee per 15 Del. C. § 304(g). FREE to filed/nominated candidates, major/minor political parties, and government entities.
- How to request
- Complete the Statewide Voter Registration File Request order form (PDF at elections.delaware.gov/public/forms/pdfs/statewide_vreg_order_form.pdf), sign the non-commercial-use attestation, submit to the State Election Commissioner's office with a $25 check (waived for filed/nominated candidates and major/minor political parties).
- Turnaround
- Statutorily, up to 8 copies of the registered-voter list per election district must be provided no later than 7 working days following the registration deadline for a primary or general election (15 Del. C. § 304). Off-cycle ad-hoc requests typically fulfilled within 1–2 weeks; no published SLA.
