- Delaware's elections system is centralized — there is no separate county voter file. The New Castle office will direct requesters to the statewide order form filed with the State Election Commissioner in Dover. Walk-in / phone-in for in-person questions only.
- Turnaround
- Same statewide cadence — typically 1–2 weeks for ad-hoc requests; statutory 7 working days after registration deadline before primary/general.
- Use restrictions
- Same statewide non-commercial-use attestation. New Castle does not impose additional county-level restrictions.
