- Written request (mail, email, or in-person) to the STL City BoEC. STL City is its own jurisdiction under the 1876 City-County 'Great Divorce' and operates a separate state-mandated Board of Election Commissioners. Requester signs RSMo 115.157.5 non-commercial-use attestation.

- Political use only — RSMo 115.157.5 commercial-use prohibition. STL City BoEC jurisdiction is the City of St. Louis ONLY (~210K voters within the 1876 city boundary). Does NOT include any of St. Louis County. Confidential / Safe-at-Home participants suppressed.
