- Where to request it

- Cost
- Actual cost only per MCA 13-2-122. No published flat schedule — request a quote from the Election Administrator. Expect $10–$50 for a county-scoped list; full county extract typically referred to SOS at $1,000.
- How to request
- Gallatin County publishes a 'Request for Registered Voter Information and/or Ballot Status Information' form on the Elections Forms page. Purpose-of-use and non-commercial certification required. For county-wide bulk extracts, Election Office will route to SOS.
- Turnaround
- 5–10 business days for county PRRs.
- Use restrictions
- Same as statewide: non-commercial use only; wet-ink signature required on the request form; ACP participants suppressed.
Costs and rules change — confirm the current details with the office before you order. Once you have the file, we handle loading it, cutting turf, and getting your volunteers knocking.
