How to get your New Mexico voter file

- $15.00 setup fee per request (mandatory). Plus: $3 per 1,000 records without voting history (electronic, unsorted), $4 per 1,000 records with voting history (electronic, unsorted), $5 per 1,000 records printed list. Maximum fee on any single request capped at $600.00. Statewide file (~1.36M voters) with history: ~$15 + ~$5.44 = ~$20 total.
- How to request
- Download and complete the SOS Voter Data Request form + Authorization Form (affidavit certifying election/governmental use under NM Stat. 1-4-5.5). Submit by email to [email protected] or by mail. Specify file type (with or without voting history), format (electronic CSV vs printed labels), and scope (statewide, by county, or by district). Pay setup fee + per-record fee on invoice; file is delivered electronically after payment clears.
- Turnaround
- Typically 1-3 weeks after Authorization Form and payment received. Faster (a few business days) for smaller scoped requests; longer near election cycles.
