- Contact the Bernalillo County Clerk Voter Registration division by phone or email to request a Voter Data Request form. Sign the same NM Stat. 1-4-5.5 Authorization / affidavit certifying election or governmental use. Specify scope (countywide, by precinct, by district, by party). Pay invoice; file delivered electronically (CSV) or as printed labels/lists.

- Typically 1-2 weeks. Bernalillo is the largest NM county clerk operation and generally responsive; can be longer during the 60-day pre-election quiet window.
- Use restrictions
- Same NM Stat. 1-4-5.5 affidavit/use restriction applied at the county level. Use limited to election or governmental purpose; commercial use prohibited. County will require the signed Authorization Form before producing any voter data.
