SoS replies with a fee quote (actual cost), accepts payment, then delivers a Central Voter File extract via secure download. No standard PDF request form is published — the request is by letter/email per § 16.1-02-15.

- No statutory deadline. Practical turnaround is 1-3 weeks depending on scope and SoS workload. SoS confirms receipt by email, sends fee quote, then schedules delivery after payment clears.
