- Written or email request to burleighauditor@nd.gov or the Elections Coordinator citing N.D.C.C. § 16.1-02-15 and the election purpose. County pulls the CVF extract scoped to Burleigh (~70K+ records). Burleigh is also the home county of the Secretary of State's office, so for fully-statewide pulls the SoS direct route is sometimes faster than the county route — but for Burleigh-only the county auditor is the natural channel.
