How to get the Davis County voter file
Request it from the office below, send us the file, and you're ready to cut turf. Running countywide or in just part of Davis County? This is the office either way.
- Where to request it
- Davis County Clerk/Auditor - Elections Division(801) 451-3213 | bmckenzie@daviscountyutah.gov | GRAMA@DavisCountyUtah.gov | (801) 451-3277 (GRAMA) | 61 S. Main St., Suite 104, Farmington, UT 84025 | Clerk: Curtis Koch | Elections Manager: Brian McKenzie
- Cost
- GRAMA cost-recovery (typically $20-$150 for a countywide digital extract; per-district extracts often <$40). Fee waivers possible under UCA 63G-2-203(4) if the request 'primarily benefits the public.' No published per-name schedule.
- How to request
- Email GRAMA@DavisCountyUtah.gov OR Brian McKenzie at bmckenzie@daviscountyutah.gov directly with a written records request specifying 'voter registration list, all active voters [or scope], CSV format.' Davis County also accepts requests through https://www.daviscountyutah.gov/clerk/record-requests/public-records. Receive fee quote under UCA 63G-2-203 cost-recovery, pay invoice, file emailed as CSV. Inspection of records during business hours is free; only the digital extract incurs a fee.
- Turnaround
- 5-10 business days typical from request to delivery, including the GRAMA quote step. Brian McKenzie's office is responsive given his small-team CERA staffing.
- Use restrictions
- Same as statewide: UCA 20A-2-104 use-restriction affidavit. GRAMA classifications and the Clerk-as-Chief-Administrative-Officer GRAMA appeal track apply (UCA 63G-2-401).
Costs and rules change — confirm the current details with the office before you order. Once you have the file, we handle loading it, cutting turf, and getting your volunteers knocking.
