- Order the statewide voter database by emailing [email protected] with requester name, organization, contact info, declared use (political / scholarly / journalistic / governmental), and a signed use-restriction affidavit referencing UCA 20A-2-104. Pay the $1,050 flat fee by check, money order, or card. File is generated within one business day and delivered by secure download link (~150 MB tab-delimited TXT). Subscriptions, refunds, and partial updates are NOT offered - each refresh is a fresh $1,050 purchase. Requests now receive live current data, including the ~1.3M voters made public under SB 153 (the UCA 20A-2-607 snapshot freeze that held the file at a March 2026 copy ended 2026-05-25).
