Davis County also accepts requests through https://www.daviscountyutah.gov/clerk/record-requests/public-records. Receive fee quote under UCA 63G-2-203 cost-recovery, pay invoice, file emailed as CSV. Inspection of records during business hours is free; only the digital extract incurs a fee.
- Turnaround

- Use restrictions
- Same as statewide: UCA 20A-2-104 use-restriction affidavit. GRAMA classifications and the Clerk-as-Chief-Administrative-Officer GRAMA appeal track apply (UCA 63G-2-401).
