Use restrictions

Same RSA 654:31 rules as the statewide file, and at municipal level there is no eligibility class at all: RSA 654:31, II requires the supervisors of the checklist or the city or town clerk to furnish their public checklist to any person who requests it. The only use restriction is the RSA 654:31, VI commercial-purposes ban, which RSA 654:31, I(b) defines as selling or offering for sale property or a service unrelated to an election or political campaign.
