- Statewide Registered Voter List (RVL): $600 as of July 1, 2025 (previously $6,000). Vote History List (VHL), Newly Registered Voters (NRV), and Monthly Update Subscription (MUS) priced separately. Sub-statewide pulls (by congressional district, state senate, house of delegates, locality, precinct) scale down by record count.

- Download Voter List Request Form, complete, email to [email protected]. ELECT verifies requester eligibility under Sec. 24.2-405, sends itemized invoice, requester signs use-restriction statement, payment processed, then file delivered electronically.
- Turnaround
- Up to 10 business days after invoice paid and use-restriction statement signed.
