For ongoing access, enroll in the Election Cycle Subscription Service ($1,000 / two-year cycle, weekly refreshed downloads of EX-003 + Master Voter History + UOCAVA list + ancillary files). Data is extracted from SCORE (Statewide Colorado Registration and Election system) in delimited text format.
